Return of unwanted items
If you’re a UK consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
If you’d like to return an unwanted item, you must let us know within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If you cancel your entire order, we’ll also refund the cost of standard delivery where this was charged. Delivery charges are not refunded where only part of an order is returned.
You’re welcome to check items to decide whether they’re right for you, just as you would in a shop. If items are returned with signs of wear or damage beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Return of damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery and return shipping costs.
