Refund policy

Return of unwanted items

We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

If you cancel your entire order, we’ll also refund the cost of standard delivery where this was charged. Delivery charges are not refunded where only part of an order is returned.

You’re welcome to check items to decide whether they’re right for you, just as you would in a shop. If items are returned with signs of wear or damage beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).

Return of damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
